Everything on this site is a description. Your rights come from the documents you sign, and those documents carry the same numbers, the same periods and the same methods you see here. If they ever diverge, the documents win and we have a problem to fix.
Reported means the asset earned it over a stated period, after stated costs. Modelled means we expect it under assumptions we spell out. Contracted means a fixed rate with buyback at nominal. Guaranteed means we pay it regardless of how the asset performs, for the stated period. The first two describe the asset. The last two are obligations we take on.
We collect what we need to answer you and to keep your investor records. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the parties to your transaction.
This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only what is needed to make the pages work.
Ownership, payout schedule, buyback terms and exit conditions live in the project documents, not on this page. You get them in full before you commit anything, with time to have them read by your own adviser. We expect you to.
